“I stopped by during the recent power outage, when there was a major bread shortage, and the Subway staff handled everything incredibly well. Because of the limited options, I tried a different type of bread than I usually get, and it was actually delicious!
While I was there, another customer became rude and threw a tantrum, completely ignoring the staff’s polite explanation of the situation. The employees stayed calm, respectful, and professional the entire time.
Even though other businesses around town were starting to reopen today, I specifically waited for Subway to open because their food and customer service are always excellent
