“I came in just a few minutes before closing and was greeted by Jacob, Kayla, and Brandy. I placed my order and apologized for coming in so close to closing time, but they repeatedly assured me that it was completely okay.

All three of them remained extremely positive, welcoming, patient, and professional. Not once did they make me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them. Their attitudes were excellent, even at the very end of their shift.

This was truly excellent customer service. Employees like Jacob, Kayla, and Brandy deserve to be recognized for the way they treat customers. “Stopped by today - the entire staff was delightful, store was clean, and I asked for no bun (gluten free.) Completely forgot to ask them to avoid cross contamination, but I didn’t need to. The cook bagged our food & fries separately so there would be no cross contamination and informed me they did so. I was so grateful! Management, you’ve got a great team!“
