“Trinity, Ethan, and the manager did a great job insuring my wife didn’t get gluten. Having celiac disease makes it very difficult going out to eat and sometimes can feel like a pain to some restaurants to handle but this Cava location was welcoming and did a great job.“

“We love this restuarant and it’s our go-to place for every milestone moments but this review is about a bad experience we had today with our lunch order. We ordered a take out for my husband’s birthday and when we came back home we found one entree is missing. On calling back the restaurant , we explained in details what’s missing and requested them to keep the item ready as we wanted to eat together as a family before everything becomes cold. However when my husband reached the restaurant he was told that they didn’t believe us and then the server went to talk to the chef. After that she was convinced that the issue was on their side and took another 20 mins to give the food. This is outrageous and honestly feels borderline racist. She could’ve checked with the chef before we went back. We love this restaurant but this has left a very bad impression on us“

“We love Ankar’s Hoagies. The BEST onion rings! The sandwiches and steak in a sack are great too. Take the time and dine in. That’s part of the experience! I’ve been eating here for years. My parents loved it too. There’s not many places like this left around town.“

“While the atmosphere is charming, the front end staff ok-to-good, and the food looked good, my experience was somewhat less than this. I will give them the benefit of the doubt this time and try them again someday. I’m bothering to leave a review because I know it is important for restaurants, especially, and not doing so helps no one… We, perhaps, challenged them today by having a party of twelve, however, a well organized team would have risen to that occasion. Our food was late, forty minutes late, arrived piecemeal, and mostly cold. Most just accepted this, I did not. Though my entree looked ‘ok’ it was cold. Greasy, cold, over cooked potatoes are not something you serve, ditto a breakfast burrito. Teamwork among the staff seemed lacking. Our server seemed to lose us in the fray. Today was a cool day, breezy, yet in spite of that the place was wide open with garage doors up and we had to ask several times to close a nearby door that was repeatedly propped open by staff. I spoke to a manager regarding my entree but it apparently did no good, as I never did get the fresh hot entree she promised and bummed a slice of pizza from someone in our party. I’ll be honest; the pizza was good! You eat even cold pizza when you’re hungry… As I said, I will try these folks again in hopes of a better experience.“

“100/100 hands down that Spicy Lamb Avocado bowl. Baby it was goooooooood. Again, I'm fairly new to Mediterranean/Greek tastes. I am. The lady who prepared and crafted my order was so kind and she made my bowl with care. I came yesterday and I meant to get her name. I was there around 3-4ish. This is maybe my 3rd time to Cava. (2 times to Gunbarrel/ 1st time to Hixson) Again, this was a meal to be enjoyed. I ate slow. Sooooo many flavors that was just... absolutely delicious. I felt satisfied and energized. I want to shout-out the patio furniture, too. Sun was blazing down not one chair was scorching hot nor the table. Idk what type of furniture y'all purchased, it made for a absolutely wonderful experience not getting burned by the furniture. I will be back. And to the lady who crafted my bowl, thank you for being so kind.“

“We had supper at the Epicurean this evening. It was so delicious {as usual}. Often, we just forget about going there or we fail to get off work in time. -Whenever we eat there, we feel sorry for the 20-30 year old crowd that seemingly never has this place on their radar! That’s ok though; they leave all the scrumptious food for the 50+ crowd to enjoy! 😉“
