“We regularly go to Firebirds. This time we had the strip steak which was cooked perfectly medium rare. We split one entree as half the steak and half a baked potato are plenty for us, and they are kind enough to split it in the kitchen. Our server was very good, can't remember her name, but she was kept very busy by a very large, boisterous group at a nearby table. We didn't loiter with our meal, since I wanted to get away from the loud noise. The manager came over to offer us his apologies, and a gift card, which was very thoughtful on his part. In fact, we were thrilled to get the gift card, but never faulted the restaurant for that experience. Of course we will be back. Food is consistently very good, and their happy hour is the best around!“

“Our wait was a little long for a reserved party, but the food is ALWAYS amazing, with great service! Our waitress tonight was so nice and attentive (especially considering we are very needy and “high maintenance”) 😬 worth the wait! A+“

“Came in for the Walkabout Wednesday special. Was absolutely GREAT last week. This week - not so much :(. Steak was not nearly as good and I was served a left over re-warmed baked potato. HATE re-warmed potatoes!! NOT impressed with my meal at all today. Only thing up to their usual standards was the bread and butter.“

“Absolutely delicious! Wild west shrimp and 10 Oz salmon rice pilaf and sweet potato. Our band group stopped here for dinner before the state game on Saturday about 20 ppl altogether were sat in separate sections, our choice, in about 15 mins from arrival. Phenomenal service our kids had a blast!“

“first time here and our server Emily was fabulous from the beginning to the end of our experience, the appetizer was great and our Steaks were cooked to perfection the temp we asked for...be sure to ask for Emily, she will most definitely give you awsome service“

“Since 2018 the wife & I have frequented Bridgeman's. We have never been disappointed by the staff & more importantly the food. Sadly life is moving us down to Florida but future forward when back in Chattanooga area we will come to Bridgeman's to eat & hopefully Derrick will still be there as he has for so many years taking care of us.“
