Taco Bell in Chattanooga

“There is a manager on morning shift, that throughout time knows my order and how I want it. I order usually the same thing every morning, and it’s always delicious. Cheesy fiesta potato burrito with no tomato add creamy jalapeño sauce. This is the best Taco Bell location and shout out to the manager Karissa (hopefully that’s how you spell it.) for being the friendliest person and understanding person. She definitely deserves a raise in my book. If you want an unparalleled experience I highly recommend the Taco Bell in Hixson on 153.“

“I have to say this is my favorite taco bell. I go out of my way to avoid a closer one to go to this location. My food is always hot and made correctly.
Last night, Arthur was amazing with taking my order and his customer service skills are top tier!“

“I usually only stop here on a work commute. So I am usually in a rush. And food is always made quickly. People are really nice. It's always clean inside. And the food is good if you like Taco Bell. One of the best Taco Bells I've been.“

“B dine in area was closed i had walked they let me walk thru the drive thru and was very friendly then a very sweet lady gave me a oversized bag 2 carry all my stuff in because a couple of my roommates wanted zaxbys (im not big on chicken) but I was struggling to carry it all, and she was so sweet to give me that bag. I'll never forget it wish I had gotten her name“

“I do not know who was on the drive-thru speaker tonight but whoever she was had her script down pat yet somehow was super personable genuine and didn't seem like she hated her job. Which typically happens at drive-thru's. After I really hard day and just wanting to grab something quick Her professionalism and personality and seemingly good mood rubbed off and also put me in a good mood. My family will be thrilled once I get home haha! There were two or three cars in front of me when I got there and I was ordered given the correct order and out of the parking lot within 5 minutes tops. That was impressive. Whoever the lady was that took my order deserves a raise a promotion and a $500 Visa gift card to buy whatever she wants she deserves it.“

“One of the best locations. Just dropped by this morning. Very chill vibes when you walk into a Taco Bell at 9AM, they got my order right. Whole thing was hot and fresh. For sure love eating here and can say that this location is one of the best I’ve tasted. It’s always hot and fresh! I do miss their breakfast a lot though so I have to opt for the spicy potato soft taco so I don’t put a huge meaty burrito down my throat at 9AM lol I would love my breakfast potato burrito back. I miss my breakfast Taco Bell bring it back!!! It is for sure the most underrated breakfast and it was always good and cheap prices, I beg.“

“I have never ever in my life felt that the food was made with love in any of the fast food drive threws I've ever been to (which is a lot of em). That is untill this evening. The ladies at the windows were the sweetest little girls. Hands down the best service I've gotten at a drive through, I never write reviews. I will be personally offended if you dont give the back of house and front of house staff a raise. This is the first time ever I've received hot food from taco bell. It's always just warm enough but tonight it was nice a hot! Not to mention the food in the burrito was evenly distributed! I know we all have been to taco bell and got a bit of just sour cream, or just a mouth full of beans. Not tonight! And when I pulled up there were quite a few folks in line but they were fast with it! Didn't wait long at all. I am so happy! It's the small things .“

“Do you know another fast food experience that will actually improve your mood? I only know 1 and it's the broad street t bell. Food is ALWAYS on point, staff never wastes time and i don't think I've ever seen the store a mess, which is amazing given the non-stop demand at this location. Never change.

Still the best tbell ever, but whoever is playing with the lobby volume knob needs to stop, it sounds like a bar in here. I can't even hear the people at my table over the very loud bad music.“

“My favorite Taco Bell. The staff has always been friendly and quick to help. The restaurant is always spotless. There are rarely issues with my order being incorrect, but if they ever do arise they are extremely quick to correct it with zero problem (note that I dislike sour cream and tomatoes so nearly every order has to be customized).“
