“My First time trying Insomnia Cookies was in Knoxville in October 2025. I went to try Insomnia Cookies for the 2nd time on Friday evening. It was very busy and crowded. I thought it was very clean too from what I could tell. I asked the lady for my Mobile Order, and She said you’ll have to wait. I waited for my order for a second. She seemed very stressed in the moment which was very understandable because if I was working there I would be the same way. The Cookies are so DELICIOUS and phenomenal as always! Insomnia>Crumbl They came out warm, fresh, and individually wrapped which I LOVED. I appreciate the staff for putting the Gluten Free Chocolate chip cookie in a separate box for my sister who is Gluten free. My Favorite one is their Deluxe Peanut Butter Cup ft Reese’s. Also, I tried their Brownie. It was DELICIOUS too. If you’re a first timer wanting to try Insomnia Cookies, Do it! Trust me, You won’t regret it. “Wonderful customer service and food. Everything was fresh and hot. My burger was absolutely delicious. My husband had the Ruben sandwich and that was incredibly yummy. His only complaint was for it to be a tad warmer but the place was so busy I'm not going to complain. Ten out of ten. How did you all manage to keep the fries so warm? I've never been to a restaurant that had constantly warm fries 🍟“
