McDonald's in Clarksville

“This is one of the better ones that I enjoy having a snack from. The fries are usually hot, the sandwich isn't just thrown together and I tend to have a good interaction with the employees while ordering. Sometimes offering suggestions for iced coffee addicts.

Plus, this one tends to stay open later than most of them in town.“

“Food and service are great. Atmosphere is nothing to brag about. It safe and friendly but still just McDonald's.

Parking: I've never had a problem parking here

Kid-friendliness: Options on the menu for kids, it's a safe location,. if you dine in there are tables that are easily accessible for parents and kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking, handicap accessible entrance and rest rooms. There are tables for wheelchairs. The staff is helpful and friendly too.“

“I wish every McDonalds back home in Australia was like this one. They fully dripped out the restaurant with fall decorations which was so cute and the staff were so friendly and welcoming! Not to mention the lovely worker Livinia who has such a bubbly personality and put a smile on all of our faces! Will 100% return next time I’m in Tennessee!“

“Service has gotten a lot better. You don't have to wait 10 minutes at the speaker when you pull up in the Drive-Thru before they greet you. On top of it, way to go McDonald's with the $5 meal deal. Honestly, I think $5 mail should be mandatory at every fast food and restaurant facility. Just for the fact that there's people out there that can't afford $10 $15 for a meal. Matter of fact it seems to be cheaper to go out to eat than it is to eat at home nowadays“

“I ordered 3 hotcakes with bacon and a hot chocolate with caramel. First, they forgot to give me one of the 3 hotcakes that I ordered. Second, the hot chocolate is white… it tastes like warm milk without any chocolate or caramel. This isn’t the first time this has happened at McDonald’s (not just at this location).

The staff were polite when I had to go back to pick up the missing item. I didn’t notice the hot chocolate issue until after and didn’t want to bother going back again.“

“So I got the new steak egg and cheese McGriddle meal . The sandwich was good the hash brown was okay a little greasy but I did want a chocolate shake because I was being a big back ? but they couldn’t make the shake so I got a orange juice . Overall the meal was good.“

“Tosha is amazing. Thank you for all you do. Great communication and upmost friendliest manager. The team is new and she is handling like a champion. The other Manager on staff was not doing anything... Just walking around while all the customers were waiting for long wait times because of training. Tosha rocked it. Took care of each and every one of us customers and the other Manager needs to go home for good or get to front line and cook or train or something.“

“Amazing service the food was actually good today. Well made and put together. The value of price... Still way expensive for fast food, but over all ok for the 2024 era. Tosha was excellent with service and was so friendly and polite. I had to wait a while as they are training new people but she made it up with her wonderfulness. Thank you Tosha for going above and beyond.
