I don’t think I have ever in my life called a restaurant to complain. I unfortunately had to today after hearing an employee discussing a customer and referring to them in a way that was not acceptable. Most of the staff is wonderful and kind, but one experience can definitely change one’s outlook quite quickly.

We have gone here twice. The first time we were second in line and waited for more than fifteen minutes and then left. No one ever took the order of the people in front of us in that time. Second time was last night same situation. We stayed and got our orders taken after standing for about ten minutes. Then another fifteen before we got our food.
