“Always fast and friendly. Cars could be lined around the building but never do you have to wait more than 3-4 min. Why is this so hard for all other fast food/drive-thru restaurants to accomplish??? Obviously it can be done because EVERY Chick-fil-A I have ever visited, and I travel for work every single day so that's a lot of different ones, always get you your food in no time. “This restaurant is the bomb diggity! The first thing I noticed was not the menu but how clean the restaurant is kept and a 100 Health Score. I have had every variety of chicken salad here and my nephew who is with me loves the place also. I eat here at least twice weekly. The employees here are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If you like Chicken Salad this is the place you’ll love to come to.“

“This is the CFA closest to our house so we were glad when it opened again. The double drive thru takes longer than ordering on the way there in the app and doing curbside pickup though so do that if you can. We were most disappointed they got rid of the playground! My kids are now 6 & 8 and it seems like many places are getting rid of their playgrounds. My kids loved climbing up those triangle shelf-like things and sliding down the slide at the old playground here. We will still come back if we just want food but if we want to do a play date with friends we will have time go to Turkey Creek or Bearden where there are playgrounds. We have always had good experiences here with the staff and if they mess up our order you can reach out via fb and they usually send you a coupon. (That’s more than I can say for Lenoir City CFA we stopped at when on the way to go camping… there were multiple hairs in my wrap so I let them know online and they said to call so I called and they said they would send me a coupon and took my address and a year later still nothing. I just chalk it up to they don’t care and we won’t be back out there even if we are in the area.) Overall Kingston Overlook staff are polite, quick and have the delicious CFA quality food so we will continue to be regulars.“
