“Stopped by Bojangles for a quick takeout run after landing in Knoxville, and it hit the spot. We skipped the biscuits this time and went straight for their fried chicken and a few go-to sides—mac & cheese, seasoned fries, and Cajun pintos. The chicken was hot, crispy, and had that signature Bojangles seasoning that’s hard to beat.

Mac & cheese was creamy and comforting, fries were well seasoned (not too salty), and the pintos had a nice kick without being overpowering. Everything was packed up neatly, and the staff were friendly and efficient—no fuss, just solid service.

Perfect for a grab-and-go meal when you want something satisfying and Southern without the sit-down wait. Would definitely swing by again if we’re in the area.“

I have had every variety of chicken salad here and my nephew who is with me loves the place also. I eat here at least twice weekly. The employees here are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If you like Chicken Salad this is the place you’ll love to come to.“

“CFA almost always does a great job, but this one is a cut above. The food was on par with what you expect (excellent), but the service and facilities are exceptional. SO clean and constantly being cleaned with care, including the bathrooms. The servers are great, especially Ms. Janice. She does a great job taking care of customers and connecting with them. “I have eaten here multiple times in the past couple of years, and at several different locations all throughout the state of TN. Oddly enough, it has remained very consistent each time, so that in itself is impressive. Staff is always great, the dining is a tad crowded, but acceptable; service is speedy and prompt, but the restroom situations at each were the same (only a one person), but I’d eat here any day over Zaxby’s or any other fast food chain. “Pulled up exhausted, sweaty, with three wild kids in tow. The manager David—in his bowtie—saw us coming, opened the door, and ushered us in with a big smile. Even gave us toys for the kids. The place was spotless, and nobody batted an eye when the kids stormed through the restaurant to the play area.
The whole team just has this vibe like they actually care about their jobs and about you. You just don't see that anymore, even at fancy restaurants. Food was hot and perfect as always, but the friendly, no-drama service really stood out. Made a rough afternoon feel a lot better.
