Great crew with friendly attitudes. I can count the problems we've had there on zero fingers, there's only thumbs up.
The manager who was working at 1115am on Wednesday 12/17/25 at the Alcoa, TN location was VERY RUDE! The issue was a gift card I had purchased for a friend was not working. The card said $0 balance even though it had not yet been used. It was supposed to have $40. Instead of the manager apologizing and attempting to remedy the situation, he had the audacity to claim that it had already been used and nothing could be done. Went in to get a pick up order and was told that they do not take bills over a $20! I had a larger bill and they refused to take it. So, I had to go get change or I wasn’t getting the food! On one hand if you are a small business, sure, I get it! But you are a restaurant. Luckily, the business next door was super kind and gave me change. They even found it to be ridiculous! But my complaint is that if I didn’t get change, then my to go order would have been tossed in the trash!!...read full review
