Starbucks in Alcoa

“This is your typical Starbucks experience. A staff that was organized and new what they were doing. A clean and comfortable restaurant and lounge area. One of the best cups of coffee in the multiple chains of coffee shops. You always know what your getting at a Starbucks and when it comes to consistency I love it in my coffee. Also had a few vanilla bean scones which, as always, were phenomenal. Always a good visit at Starbucks and this location is very good. I reccomend a visit and will be back myself.“

“Tall gentleman who took my order had great customer service. I asked about 20 questions to narrow down the language for what I wanted. He took it all in stride and actively helped. Lady after me also got no judgement for her requests.
Drink seemed small, but tasted amazing.
Parking lot has an odd setup, but interior is very nice.
Overall, a pleasant experience, will be back for pre-work coffee.“

“I ordered a mocha Frappuccino. To sweet and not enough coffee. It was like drinking super sweet milk. The employees were wonderful. The service was fast and friendly. This drink seems to have a different recipe depending on where I get one.“

“Well, my sugar free vanilla latte didn’t seem to have any vanilla in it. It was not good at all. My double smoked bacon ? egg and cheese sandwich was cold in the middle. The bacon was not crispy, which I should have known. So the food was not great, however the girl making my drink had excellent customer service. She was very friendly and talkative. This is not normal in an airport at 5:00 am. She was great! She wore glasses and was tattooed. She is also circled in one of the pictures.“
