“Have been coming to this McDs for years and have always enjoyed it. Just 2 concerns I can never get over that I hope are addressed soon. 1. The Men’s bathroom automatic sink puts out water that is scalding - I mean peel your skin off hot, as in it could injure someone! Easy enough fix if anyone reads these. 2. With no paper towels in the bathrooms and the requirement to pull the door open with a handle, it would be super nice to to have a way to open the door with one of those foot openers. This prevents having to touch an inevitably bacteria soaked handle with clean hands before going to eat (or serve). Also want to give a shout out to Genevieve! She is the nicest person I’ve ever met in a customer service role. She’s friendly, poignant, and always professional. Manager material! Thank you for reading!“

“I personally don’t care for fast food these days simply because the poor service and lack of professionalism. But tonight on our way to the lake we stopped at this Wendy’s and let me tell you something. I can only be led to believe that the man we encountered is the manager and he deserves recognition. We had to wait for our food but he was incredibly friendly, joked with us and turned our wait into a great experience when he brought our food out! Super friendly, joking around but professional! I hope the owner of this store find this review and recognizes him as an asset to the business! He is truly what every fast food company needs!“

“I see people complain about the serving sizes and quality at chipotle going down over the years.

Haven’t had that issue here.

Whoever made my chicken burrito on 7/31 around 8:20 pm made the best chipotle burritos I’ve had in years. I ordered and paid for double and he made it happen.“

“I've lived in Arlington for 3 years now but I've never eaten at this Pizza Hut due to the reviews. Kept seeing TV commercials for the original pan pizza that I used to love back in the day so I went for it. I've had it three times now in the past month and yet to have an issue with customer service or quality. Pizza is always ready when it says it will be. I'm certainly not afraid to trash a place if I get bad service but I've been happy here lately. However the guy behind me may have had an issue because the young lady said she would need to talk to him about his order. Working at a Pizza Hut when I was a teenager was a fun time. Nothing wrong with having a good time as long as the work is being done properly. I guess they've got new management now. Either way I will continue to shop here for the time being. Thank you for my dinner guys.“
