“Came in about 3pm or so on a Saturday. Lunch crush was over. Seated immediately. Chips and salsa on the table quickly and my drink was served very quickly.

They offered the lunch menu despite the fact I was a bit late. The fajita bowl was awesome. My waiter noticed the first 2x1 margarita was nearly gone and brought my second before I even asked. Just amazing, awesome service and superb food.”

“Fast service from polite employees the food was hot and delicious. A huge bonus for me was lactose free Dilly Bar restaurants never offer lactose free options. I stopped eating at Dairy Queen years ago and only went this time because of the person I was riding with but I'll be back to this location. Definitely with a yummy lactose free ice cream option.”

“Everytime I go, Harris is working and he does a phenomenal job each time. I love his creativity when I ask him to just make me what he thinks is good. Smiling, happy and hard working.

Fourhead is also very great at his job. Although every time I come in, he seems to stand in the back like he's avoiding me. But I think we'll become great friends.

“I placed a mobile order through the Wendy’s app. We arrived at the Munford,TN location about 30 minutes before closing. As always we pulled through the driveway and arrived at the order location. A recording came across the speaker stating that the location was closed. I proceeded to pull around the building to the drive through window where a nice young man came to the window to assist me with my order. He explained that they were short staffed and that was the reason for the early closure. He also explained that he was not able to fill our entire order because the frozen frosty machine was not working due to scheduled maintenance. I received the remaining items and thanked the young man for his help.

Now for the poor service I received from customer care. I contacted customer care and was told that I would not be refunded for the items that I didn’t receive. I would have to wait for a general manager to contact me at a later date. I just feel that customer care didn’t want to assist me with my purchase. Poor customer service is a big problem with most companies today.”

“I read multiple bad reviews about their service and how slow they are. I decided to take a chance anyways just to see for myself. I’m glad I did because I placed an order online and went to pick it up around the time they said it’d be ready (technically 2 minutes BEFORE they said it’d be ready), walked in, and it was ready and handed over. Fast and friendly. I don’t normally write reviews but thought I should share some positivity on this to help others decide if they want to give them a chance as well.”

“We went here yesterday for lunch, and the guy handing out the orders (inside, not drive thru) couldn't have been nicer. I wish I'd gotten his name!! I used the kiosk to place our order and actually screwed it up, lol! We ate it anyway. With fast food places I think 50% is the food and 50% is the service. Sadly, we are so used to crummy service nowadays that when we encounter a truly NICE employee like we did yesterday, we are shocked and happy. So our visit was great!”

“Despite some lukewarm reviews for the brisket, I decided to get some for my anniversary. Ordered some takeout along with the pork rolls that my wife loves. She and I were crazy about the brisket, tender and juicy. Will definitely order it again. BTW, I liked the atmosphere of the dining area. I believe we have a local BBQ place that Memphis folks would want to make the drive for.”

“Started coming here for coffee since Starbucks is temporarily closed.. You won't be disappointed. Scooters coffee has more of a coffee taste to their Frappucino than Starbucks' creamier versions. Definitely can't beat their but one get one free breakfast items on Wednesdays.”

“OUTSTANDING!!!! I had the tortellini soup and salad....DELICIOUS!!! Staff always pleasant and professional even when they are swamped! The dinner to go options are GENIOUS!!!! Suggest updating the menu to reflect the soup of the day. Stuffed pepper soup, (yes soup) was AMAZING!!!”

“It is seldom that a business exceeds expectations but Crave Sweets decorating team knocked it out of the park on my sons Groomscake, it was the ole miss stadium with the grove…attention to detail was flawless and the taste incrediable! Highly highly recommended this bake shop and they are wonderful to work with! Jamie is a doll!! Exceptional”

“Food is good and made to order. We had the chicken lumpia 10 pieces for lunch today and it was excellent. My only issue is with the lumpia sauce, we paid for 2 Extra lumpia sauces and they were not filled up to the top at all, it was less than half the container. Please please put more sauce in the containers if customers are paying for extra on the side. We've been ordering for years and thats my only issue. Other than that Thank you so much”

“Great place for coffee and meal! We had the Flannel Jacket and a Cappucino. Both were very good, not too sweet. For meals we had the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant - delicious. The other meal was the ham, egg, and cheese everything bagel. Again very delicious. 10000% will be coming back.”
