“Fast service from polite employees the food was hot and delicious. A huge bonus for me was lactose free Dilly Bar restaurants never offer lactose free options. I stopped eating at Dairy Queen years ago and only went this time because of the person I was riding with but I'll be back to this location. Definitely with a yummy lactose free ice cream option.“

“Just wanted to offer a review in appreciation for the manager, unfortunately I didn't see his name. Some kids were playing really loud music and setting off their panic alarms, and the manager put a stop to it. Thanks! - Your friendly neighborhood curmudgeon.“

“I placed a mobile order through the Wendy’s app. We arrived at the Munford,TN location about 30 minutes before closing. As always we pulled through the driveway and arrived at the order location. A recording came across the speaker stating that the location was closed. I proceeded to pull around the building to the drive through window where a nice young man came to the window to assist me with my order. He explained that they were short staffed and that was the reason for the early closure. He also explained that he was not able to fill our entire order because the frozen frosty machine was not working due to scheduled maintenance. I received the remaining items and thanked the young man for his help.
Now for the poor service I received from customer care. I contacted customer care and was told that I would not be refunded for the items that I didn’t receive. I would have to wait for a general manager to contact me at a later date. I just feel that customer care didn’t want to assist me with my purchase. Poor customer service is a big problem with most companies today.“

“We went here yesterday for lunch, and the guy handing out the orders (inside, not drive thru) couldn't have been nicer. I wish I'd gotten his name!! I used the kiosk to place our order and actually screwed it up, lol! We ate it anyway. With fast food places I think 50% is the food and 50% is the service. Sadly, we are so used to crummy service nowadays that when we encounter a truly NICE employee like we did yesterday, we are shocked and happy. So our visit was great!“

Huey’s in Millington is hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time! Dorothy and I were visiting her brother and his wife and decided on lunch before heading back to Cincinnati. After finding several other spots closed on Monday, we landed at Huey’s—and what a blessing that was! The restaurant is spotless, welcoming, and buzzing with military folks from nearby Naval Support Activity Mid-South. Our server, Lisa, kept us laughing with her humor and charm while delivering some of the quickest service I’ve ever experienced.
We ordered two Catfish Strips with Tater Tots/Sweet Potato Fries, a Salmon Filet with a Veggie Plate, and a Reuben Sandwich. Everything arrived piping hot and perfectly prepared. The catfish was the best I’ve tasted anywhere—crispy, flavorful, and downright addictive! Greg had the same but with the sweet potato fries. Dorothy loved her salmon, and Jackie raved about the Reuben. Great location, friendly atmosphere, outstanding service, and five-star food at blue-collar prices!“

“Came on at 12:00 on a Monday and got seared right away. We both got burgers and the prep time was what a Chef would expect for a fresh cooked burger. Will have to try the chicken next visit. Burgers and fries left no room for dessert. Great service by Kathryn.“

“My mother, 2-year-old son, and I are in the area to handle family affairs.
We decided to stop by this amazing location to get something quick for the drive that would cater to my dietary restrictions.
Ms. Sharita is a beautiful soul who patiently listened to our order (something we are not used this as we live DFW Texas).
When we pulled up to the window, I inquired if they had chocolate milk, but to my dismay, this was not something they sold. But Ms. Sharita immediately came up with a solution to get a child's milk bottle, add some chocolate syrup from the ice cream station, and shake it to make a DIY chocolate milk.
To top it off, she also posted this sign on her window.

“Had a breakfast meet set up this morning and we were supposed to go to Waffle House. Waffle House was packed. That's a good thing for them so we decided to go to Hardee's. There was now waiting and we got our food right away. We were able to eat and hang out for awhile and enjoy a cup of coffee. Food was good and the staff were courteous. No waffle this morning but glad we chose Hardee's as it was quieter and we had a good meeting. So thank you Hardee's. Then I got a last minute text requesting a few flowers to be purchased so to my luck Lowe's was right across the street. Blessings all around this morning.“

“Three young ladies where working hard in there yesterday and they all were very nice and respectful. The manager was very attentive and easy to talk to. I'm going back as soon as possible. I have to get the managers name because she was excellent and I'm going to tell her ASAP 💯“
