“First time there, did take out. Kung Pao Beef, Beef Fried Rice, Spring Rolls and Fried Biscuits (Mantow). Young fellow at desk said KPB was not too spicy, so asked for Extra Spicy and was NOT disappointed. KPB was delicious, superb level of spice, lovely thick sauce, portion size was large, very nice. We will come back!“

“My coworker and I go here often for lunch and will order to-go. The food is ALWAYS delicious and hot! I usually get fried rice, egg drop soup, bourbon chicken, or egg rolls. There are tables and seating inside, but most customers, it seems, typically get their food to-go. Their take out containers are good quality, and I never have any spills or leaks. Three, you'll have enough food for two days in one singular box, and you absolutely will be back for more! The Rice Bowl is one of those hidden gems that once you come across it, you never look back. Me and my mom have been loving the Rice Bowl since I was a kid. Now, as a full grown adult, I still have yet to have a bad meal or experience there. My go-to order is the large chicken fried rice and 6-piece wings. (Call in the order ahead of time if you can to avoid the walk-in wait time.) The rice is always hot, and the wings are fresh out of the grease! The prices are affordable, and you always get more bang for your bucks. Don't sleep on the Rice Bowl y'all! “I've been coming here for over 10 years. They've always been kind and helpful. Whenever it's been a while since last visit they acknowledge me. Always my go to when I crave Chinese food. Everything I've has been hot/fresh and delicious ranging from the chicken noodle soup to the big fish box. Try them out. You won't be disappointed.“

“I've been eating here since I was a child. I come here, nowhere else, whenever I want to-go Chinese food while in Memphis. They've always been cash only. I took away a star for that. Food is consistently delicious. My go-to dish is the small combination lo mein (10.50). The small is big! It is served in a regular sized to go plate - the one that's made for an entree and two sides. On point. I get the rice sometimes. It costs about the same as the lo mein. It's good. I like that they haven't changed their rice to whatever the other Chinese restaurants are serving now. I didn't take a picture but I was starving. Lol

“Excelent Chinese food made on the spot. Fresh ingredients, awesome flavor. We order at least twice a week because we live in the area. However the area is not very nice unfortunately, and neither is the location. The place have tables but the restaurant was converted to delivery mostly, so there is no dining in although they still have their tables. Their menu looks smaller now than the original but they still prepare the dish if you request it. Our favorite dishes there are the broccoli and shrimp, Moo goo Gai pan, Moo Shu vegetable, vegetable lo mai and show Mai, egg Fu yong and their fry rice is fantastic!! Even in busiest days their order pick ups are no more than 20 min! The lady is very nice to us and we always customize one thing or another like extra onions in the rice, extra shrimp, more sweet and sour sauce instead of soy and duck sauce, etc“

“Im a trucker from out of town but my terminal is close by.. I rarely leave reviews anymore but this place definitely deserves the stars. I roll the dice alot on the road trying new places and I think I struck gold! Yesterday I had the beef in garlic sauce... blew my mind the quality and portions are great for the price! Today im having the chicken lo mein and again im convinced they just know wth they're doing... good job guys!

I got orange chicken with fried rice and a chicken & broccoli with fried rice. The orange chicken was sweet, tangy and citrusy. I had the large egg drop soup and it was delicious. I also had the age tofu and they make it extra spe ial with the bonita flakes and furikake on top with a nice sauce with a little kick. I also had the cucumber salad. Nothing too special; however they julienne them instead of slicing, which i really enjoyed.
BF had the churashi special and he said it was great. He had miso soup, salad, and a generous portion of different sashimi with roe on top.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be back. I highly recommend coming here.“

“I rarely give reviews on a business page but the service we received today warrants it. Having been to the restaurant multiple times, we have always had awesome food and great service. Today however, was awful. Our waitress, who also appeared to be the bartender, was MIA for the majority of the time. She took our order, only to come back to the table to ask us to repeat the order., total of three items. Brought our appetizer at the same time as our food, essentially throwing it all down on the table, and then disappeared. We ran out of drinks, then had to ask the guy at the cash register for our ticket and a to-go box resulting in our having to pay at the cash register. She finally appeared to bring back the check and then became angry, calling us miserable people, when she didn't get a tip for her poor service. I don't think I can support a company who allows this kind of service.“
