“I placed an online order for take out. Right when it was ready to be picked up we had an emergency situation arise, they said they understood and would keep our pizza warm for us. An hour or so later they called me and asked if they could just deliver it free of charge. They brought it to us even though we live at the edge of their delivery area. Everyone I dealt with was extremely kind and professional. Wether you like the food or not those people deserve the business just for being good humans and caring about others.“

“Ordered at 5:30 on Halloween. 3 pizzas and 2 pizzoli’s. Order was ready for pick up in just 15 minutes. The food was really hot and good and new pizzoli’s were delicious!! We have never had a bad experience at this location.“

“So this is the best pizza hut location in the state of Tennessee! The staff is friendly, especially Phillip (the manager) who always has a positive attitude and always makes sure your order is perfect!!! Great location, great service, and definitely the BEST manager in Memphis, Phillip!!!!!!!“

“The customer service was outstanding. I was immediately acknowledged as I walked in and was politely and cheerfully greeted. The pizza was absolutely delicious! It was hot, fresh, and almost didn’t make it home. It’s always great when any food chain can surprise you after years of being a customer. You come to expect a certain level of quality, and it’s pretty awesome when that level is exceeded. They clearly take pride in their work and customer service.“

“I needed a table to work at, and lunch. Cici's has never failed me, and today was no exception. The young man who rang me up, Michael was very personable and brought a smile to my face. I needed it. Food is tasty, can't speak to rest of the fountain drinks but the Dr pepper is mixed correctly! It's mostly empty on a Wednesday, before all the schools have let out. Perfect for my choice of table! I can't stress how much I needed a smile today, Mr Michael might just be the bright spot I needed to turn a rough day around.“
