“I have a severe alpha gal allergy and can’t have any mammal products and worry a lot about surprise ingredients and cross contamination. Previous to getting sick I ate there often and loved the hospitality, polite staff and amazing pizza. Today I went and expressed my desire to still have there pizza and ask for accommodation. They assured me they would wash everything and prevent cross contamination. They treated me with kindness and respect and made me feel very assured. I was excited to see they offered anchovies and that is a protein I can eat and really enjoyed it. These guys are great. Long story short 10/10. Please eat here”

We shared some appetizers, my sister loves wedge salad and this was the best one she’s ever had. The Almond risotto and the trout were so delicious we didn’t have room for dessert. “We love Kien Giang for pho! My partner grew up in Asia, and it’s his favorite pho & Vietnamese spot in Nashville.

He cycles between the house special pho and the #1 vermicelli bowl with BBQ pork, shrimp & egg roll. I always get the veggie pho with steak added.

Their Vietnamese coffee is also our favorite in Nashville, and we usually get the shrimp & pork spring rolls too! You can buy the pho broth to go too, and we always have some in the freezer for soup or sipping when one of us is under the weather.

The owner is so kind, and working there allllll the time. This is a family run business and has fed the community for many years.
