The sandwiches are always fresh, since they make them to your order, and the premises are clean and neat. The service is decent, but they can't always hear me when I order, even though I'm standing right in front of them. I always forget that not everyone can read lips like I can, since I'm hearing-impaired. Anyway, I always order the Italian BMT, just because I really love Italian food. I am very upset with the sandwiches I just picked up. They look like they barely put any meat or toppings. They are mostly bread! They were really nice but when I got home with the sandwiches I was sorely surprised. I paid $43 for this order online! I do not feel I got my money's worth.
