“When they're freshly made, soft and warm out of the oven, they're the best! Sometimes the pretzels are overdone and too brown which tends to cause them to not be soft. Its the luck of the draw and depends on the person doing the baking. You don't know if they have been sitting awhile, so I ask and if they are not freshly made, I wait or come back for the fresh batch. Worth it! 5 stars if fresh; 3 stars (or less) if not.“

“I ordered Thanksgiving dinner from there this year and it was 5 stars all around. The process was painless and came with the base, Turkey, dressing , cranberry sauce and rolls and gravy and then you could pick another 3 sides for the package we chose. We chose the mac and cheese with a pretzel topping, green beans that had lots of garlic and bacon and the sweet potatoes with marshmallows and candied pecans. Other than me added more marshmallows I wouldn’t change a thing. We look forward to ordering again next year.“

“Casey (hopefully I spelled her name right) is great and so nice I always feel welcomed by her and I love pretzels. They could be fresher tbh but I know they don’t want to throw out pretzels after a certain amount of time just cause they’re not bought“
