The food was good, however I'm extremely disappointed there's no more cilantro grilled chicken entree!! That's one of my favorites. Please put it back on menu. I'm a VERY regular Firebirds customer. The restaurant has nice decor. It's a relaxing atmosphere, even if it was quite loud last night. The noise level is not something the restaurant can control, however. It's always a nice time at Firebirds.“

“My Togo medrare ribeye was well done BUT the manager Chris was quick to give me a gift card to correct the error. Normally their steaks are perfection. The other sides and appetizers were delicious and I will return because of the management and kind staff.

“Highly recommend! Great ambiance with an elevated eclectic atmosphere with a touch of femininity. Branson was our server and he did an incredible job - very knowledgeable about everything on the menu and overall kind and courteous. Our split steak came out a little under cooked for my husband (perfect for me though so we weren’t going to say anything!) but Branson immediately noticed and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. The brussel sprouts and tuna tartare were fantastic. We will be back soon - thank you!

“We stopped in while in Nashville. We were the first in the restaurant and were greeted by the. AMAZING staff. We didn’t have a reservation but were treated very well. We weren’t sure what we wanted to order so our server gave us some recommendations that didn’t disappoint. From the drinks to the end we were checked on frequently. Steak was like butter and cooked to perfection. Yes, the prices are high. That being said we will be returning and have recommended it to several friends as a “must try” while visiting Nashville.“

“We celebrated our son's Vandy graduation here. It was perfect. We walked right in with no wait for our reservation. The waitress was top notch and never rushed us. After we ordered We walked around and took in the wonderful views, to include the bar area which had fabulous views of Nashville. The fry tray, instead of bread was a great change up. One of our party had a dairy allergy and received a special fry tray. Our steaks were all done wonderfully. We also ordered the Brussel sprouts- best side ever, and the fried rice and broccoli were also good. We skipped dessert, but received some carmel chocolate popcorn which was also fabulous. I don't leave many reviews, but I had to write about this wonderful experience.“

“My wife and I celebrated our 24th anniversary with dinner at Cork & Cow. Everything, EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect. Our reservation was for 9pm. We walked in at 8:45 and were seated immediately. Mike, our server, was quick to greet us and made excellent suggestions. I already knew I wanted the bone-in ribeye, but I wasn't settled on an appetizer. Mike suggested the pork belly: ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. My wife ordered the filet. Both steaks were well-seasoned and cooked perfectly. Dessert didn't seem likely, since I was starting to feel full, but I overheard another server mention a chocolate torte that had peanut butter mousse, so. . . O. M. G. As if the food and service weren't good enough, we were back in our hotel room by 9:45.“

“I ordered 17 meals for my employees last night. It was a good size order. First, the food. From the Chicken Parm, Garlic Chicken, Chicken Fingers, to the various steaks and Salmon, the food was delicious. But, many dishes were not warm. There were dishes completed when I got there and it took another 20 minutes to complete the rest of the order. Then I had to drive 15 minutes. I had 3 people order Chicken Parm, only one person got theirs. One ended up with Garlic Chicken and the other a Renegade Steak. They included tickets in bulk with what people ordered. I would suggest putting those tickets on the corresponding meals. However, back to the food. All meat temperatures were dead on and the Steakhouse Mac and Cheese was so creamy and tasty. And to those who helped prepare the meal, I thank you. I would definitely recommend the Longhorn Steakhouse in Murfreesboro Pike.“

My friends and I didn’t have a reservation and were just hoping to escape the rain. One of the owners, *Mr. Joe Johnson*, happened to be pulling up as we walked up, and he was so kind and welcoming, he let us come inside even though they technically weren’t open for dinner yet. About 10 minutes later, the hostess asked if we had a reservation (we didn’t), and explained they were fully booked. We totally understood and started to head out, but as we were walking out, Mr. Johnson saw us again and was like, *“Where y’all going?”* When we told him the situation, he said *“Naw, I got y’all, come on.”* He gave us a private dining room with just the four of us, and treated us like royalty. That kind of hospitality is rare these days and I truly appreciated it. Not to mention the vibe was also on point! Our server *William* was amazing, attentive, knowledgeable, and just all-around cool. Now the food? **Phenomenal.** We had: * Lamb chops * Filet mignon * Lasagna * Spinach dip * Drop Kickin’ Shrimp * Catfish * Caesar salad * Loaded mashed potatoes And I had a drink called *Angel’s Envy*—so smooth, so good. We explained we wanted to take our time bc we never do and she made sure we did just that but kept us checked on and even had the perfect amount of socialization.
