On a family vacation from up north, I bought my kids to try Whataburger for the first time after they've heard their uncle talk about it. The staff was amazingly friendly. My order was correct, which it often isn't on an order for seven people. The food came out well prepared and timely. I was especially impressed that the bun of my burger was perfectly toasted. The restaurant was clean, the parking lot was spacious, and the bathrooms were clean.
Showed great hospitality even though they were busy, food came fresh.
Of all the Whataburger's I've been to, this location is phenomenal! The service is spot on. The food is always hot and fresh. I've been to the Antioch location which is horrendous every time and the Smyrna store isn't much better. This Franklin location gets a 100 score.
