McDonald's offers fast service, but there have been issues with order accuracy and long wait times. The menu board was malfunctioning and one customer received only one item instead of the BUY ONE, GET ONE for a dollar deal. The fries were noted as good, but the cheeseburger received less positive feedback. The coffee is great and the food is fresh, with the meat and buns being fresh. Orders are sometimes correct, with the Quarter Pounder and Big Mac made just the way they are requested. However, it can take forever to get an order and the fries are often cold. The staff sometimes gets orders wrong and can be slow to take an order, but the southern hospitality and kindness of the employees were also praised.
