“The new owners and staff have really outdone themselves. The new menu is phenomenal. Everything tastes fresh and the new items that are not at any other mexican resturant around are absolutely amazing. Highly recommend the bubba shrimp bowl. Its a 10 out of 10 everytime. There is so much more to choose from for even the pickiest eaters like my children. Service is fast no matter how full the resturant is, the waiters and owner are constantly coming through checking on everyone and the prices are unbeatable. Its gonna be hard for any other mexican restaurants to top this one now.“

“As someone born and raised in Carthage, this has always been my go-to and favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. The food is consistently delicious, and a few of my must-haves are the Mino Special, Steak Fajita Nachos, Guacamole Mexicana, and the enchiladas — all so good!

“My family loves Taco Bell. We drive thru often, and the staff often talk to my smiling heeler pup. (Until he barks. 😆) They do a great job and fix their occasional mistakes pleasantly (be sure to check your orders before you drive home so you don't have to go too far and come back).
