“The Charleston Hardee's is very clean and very friendly. They are very knowledgeable in what food they sell. By far this is the best Hardee's, I've visited in East Tennessee. I would highly recommend visiting here to eat if your ever in the area of Charleston, Tn. The employee Jaimey was very friendly and helped me decide what to eat that would be good. All in all this is the one place to visit for your hunger needs.“

“I had not been to Central Park in many years and yesterday was in the area so thought I'd grab lunch. To my surprise it was a great experience..the drive thru was fast, my food was hot and delicious and the lady at the window was super nice!! I sure dont know where else you can get a full meal and great service for under $7 anymore.“

“One of the managers or maybe higher ups, Matthew was phenomenal at the customer service part. The food was fresh and exactly what I asked for and Matthew made sure of it. Owners if you see this, Matthew deserves a raise! I could see this man owning his own Cookout or even his own restaurant if he wanted to! Thank you for not disappointing on a needed night of some good food!“

“Cleveland, TN location- The guy who seated me pulled my rolled silverware from his back pocket. The floor had food and needed to be cleaned in the area I was in. The table was clean but sticky. Be prepared to have to do 2 steps up to larger seating area. All lower bar seating areas have high tables or seating at the bar. Appetizer spinach and artichoke dip, salsa, chips; some chips tasted stale, salsa very watery, dip was excellent. Food (salmon, steamed broccoli, garlic mashed potatoes) was cooked/tasted perfectly!! Service was excellent!! Tea tasted unsweetened. My waitress said she knew that that is just how they fix it and offered to get me something else or sweetener packets. Reasonable prices compared to other places.“

“last night, they were about to close in 15 minutes. sonic really messed our order up so i had to find another place to eat. wendy’s ran out of lettuce so here i am. i told the dude like please do me right, im just tryna get a good burger. man, they hooked us up. My burgers were fresh, fries were fresh. 10/10 to whoever closed last night. thank y’all 😭🩷“

“Just wow! My family of 6 arrived for a late night snack around 9pm. We walked into a very clean and quiet restaurant and were immediately greeted by a smiling face, Amanda. She quickly answered any and all questions we had, and playfully interacted with my tiny humans. We had no more than finished our order and our treats were already coming out. Infact, the last of our order arrived just as we finished paying. My tiniest human made a mess with his ice cream on the window and we tried our best to clean it up. We let Amanda know on our way out and apologized and she told us not to worry about it and she totally understood. My family has lived in Cleveland for a few years now and we hadn't gotten to DQ yet. I'm so glad we stopped by and can say we will be back quickly. The sweet treats hit the spot and the customer service was even sweeter.
*I would like to note the drive through was pretty active the whole time and others did come in after us. I'm not sure how many workers were there but the staff was efficient at filling orders quickly.“

“This McDonald’s was clean. The worker was available and waiting to take our order. We have been to some that the worker is not readily available, I suppose they want you to use a kiosk, however I am not interested in self service, as we are customers. The food here was hot and burgers were fresh.“

“Just stopped for a quick breakfast while heading north to visit family and the service was spectacular. We received our food quickly and it was hot and fresh. The establishment was clean and the staff were friendly. Out of all of the McDonalds we have stopped at, this one is in our top 5.

Ambiance- 4/5 (as good as it can be attached to a gas station)“
