“This is the 1st time I’ve stopped in at Brainerd Rd Arby’s in awhile. I was blown away! The restaurant was super clean, the staff knowledgeable and respectful, and most importantly… my order was correct, the service was very fast and the food was excellent!! The Mgr, Mr. McNealy even took the time to explain to one of my sons how they made the strawberry lemonade! I’m glad to recommend eating at this establishment!
Parking: Plenty of spaces up front and around the building!“
“Walked in to a small line, short wait. The kitchen worker was walking in from I think walking someones food to their car he was walking quickly with purpose. The food was made very quickly and was to my knowlege the best Arbys I've had in a long time. The lobby could use a wipe down but we found a clean table. Good overall experice.“
“Absolutely delicious!! Arby's is one of my favorite drive thru spots and 9/10 times it's on point. It's a bit outta my price range most of the time but with this 2 for $6 special my broke self can eat like a king!! ? Seriously though, great food, employees were very nice and I didn't have to wait very long. My only request is bring back the orange creme shake!! It would really help light up my world and my therapist will thank you! All it takes is an orange creme shake, think about it Mr and/or Mrs Arbys ?“
“Went through drive-through yesterday after work was very busy, but was in the mood for an Arby's roast beef. A car in front of me pulled off in line when I got to the window I was greeted by a pleasant man Quentin that asked me what my order was, and I told him that the other gentleman had pulled off. He was working with him and one other person because everybody had called out he maintained his composure and his professionalism and that needs to be commended. It's so hard to find with people not wanting to work nowadays good help . Food was hot and fresh and order was correct. Kudos and great job Quentin. I'll be back. I hope you get some help.“
“Did you know that Arby's has a new sandwich called the"Americano"??It's AWESOME!! and they're 2 for $7 right now!I bought 2 yesterday and could only eat 1 for lunch and gave 2nd one away.They're a*Large Roast beef sandwich*Shredded Lettuce*Tomatoes*Red onion*Thousand island dressingIt's fabulous ?And you can't beat the Price.Just typing this makes me wish I'd kept the 2nd sandwich ?You must Absolutely try it!!The Arby's Americano !!
