Arby's in Chattanooga

“I wanted to thank the people working there and tell them how good the food was. My son and I went in at 9:30 pm. I asked how long they were open- there was no one else dining in…they said about 30 more minutes.
I told the lady taking my order I was sorry for coming in so late , she said it is fine, sit down and enjoy your time.
The food was amazing at 9:30 at night.
Thank you to the staff and especially the lady for assuring me that we had time to eat. It was a fantastic experience“

“Walked in to a small line, short wait. The kitchen worker was walking in from I think walking someones food to their car he was walking quickly with purpose. The food was made very quickly and was to my knowlege the best Arbys I've had in a long time. The lobby could use a wipe down but we found a clean table. Good overall experice.“

“Only disappointment I had was the buffalo chicken sandwich was just basically a tiny chicken strip, reason I say that is when I opened the bun up the chicken only took up 20% of the bun , it was mostly hot sauce lettuce and bread. Guess I'm more at fault for trying chicken anything at a roast beef place.“

“Great Arby's! The crew has some actual Employee Of The Month titles and the new management has really made sure things are done right. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is enjoyable, I enjoy the Chive tv funny videos they show too.
This is a great place to stop and power up, I love the Jamocha shakes too!“

“This is a good, solid Arby's! I placed an online order and went to pick it up through the drive-thru. When I arrived, the gentlemen on the speaker was very nice and immediately had me pull around. My food was already ready and he handed it me in a sealed up bag with my receipt and straw attached to it as well. Again, the guy was very nice.

I got the new turkey gobbler sandwich and honestly it was pretty good! I think it was just a touch on the smaller side and maybe missing something (Firehouse offers a gravy with their Thanksgiving sub, maybe that would be good), especially when considering the price which seemed just a tad high. My potato cakes were hot, fresh, and crispy. I did also get the new apple pie shake (which affected my price), but let me just tell you - that shake IS THE TRUTH! The perfect, delectable blend of creamy, apple-y, cinnamon-y goodness all partying together in a frozen treat. I highly recommend the shake.

All in all - good food (with a GREAT SHAKE), quick and friendly service, decent value, this worked great for lunch.“
