This is the most convenient location for me, and yet I am always amazed by the poor service here. For a location with a drive through option, why am I consistently waiting 5+ minutes for someone to notice me? Why am I consistently having to park, get out of my car, and make the employee at the register grab my order? Usually the food quality is good here. Today the steak was about 1/4 gristle. Pretty disappointing. I wonder if quality is going down because of costs? I would prefer to have higher quality and pay for extra portions if needed.
