The entire dining room floor was covered in trash, counter where you received your food was covered in food debris. The worst is when I watched an employee make a taco off the line, eat it in the food prep area, then went back to prepping food.. HE NEVER CHANGED HIS GLOVES AFTER EATING. I threw my food away and left.
I had the pleasure of visiting Chipotle recently and I must take a moment to applaud three outstanding employees who made my experience truly memorable. I went before they were closing. They said they were out of Carne Asada steak, lettuce and sour cream. So I was very dissatisfied. The worker that rung up the food was very nice and interacting. The worker that made my food (younger, very less melanin, woman) was nervous and scary like she thought I was going to do something to her bc of my melanin. I just need good communication. That's it ??♀️
