They had my order ready for me
NEVER in my life have I had an experience like this. Shoutout to the lady on the phone who gave us a refund and a credit for this horrible service from the driver Melanie, you were awesome and we appreciate you! We waited over 2 hours for our pizza and called the store multiple times. Our driver, Melanie, thought it best to sit in the parking lot for an unknown amount of time because she claimed she couldn't find our apartment number. Ordered a pizza at 10:40PM. Said EST delivery 15-30 mins. Not only did we not recieve our food until 12:10 AM, but the driver pulled into our apartment complex blaring music with bass loud enough we heard it over our TV on the second floor of the complex. I also watched our driver sit in one spot across the interstate for over 30 mins on the app. When I called to get an update at 11:55 the driver disappeared from my app completely until 12:10 when it was delivered.
