Jazz night at the Forge! Wine flight and amazing food!
July 2026, I attended a 3 day event at the Hilton at Chattanooga TN. Many of our group dined at The Forge. Each day, I had breakfast and lunch at The Forge. The food was tasty and well presented. What truly stood out was the service in the restaurant. Simply exceptional. Namely, a young lady that may have been the chef or one of them. DIAMOND.
