The grilled chicken garden salad came with no chicken. The "chicken strips" ordered didn't come and when it was brought to attention a cup of "deli" chicken was brought. The turkey with lettuce, cheese and mayo (they couldn't figure out how to add mayo so it would be on the side) had no mayo or cheese. The cookie was a mess. Our last 3 out of 3 orders have been incorrect. It’s a club sandwich without the honey mustard. Nothing hard. I was so impressed with our first visit there , but have not had a good experience since.
McAlister's is our go to place for consistency. The staff is so friendly and efficient. The food is delicious. Their sweet tea is a southern tradition.
