Did an online order. It was messed up on my behalf but the manager fixed. It took care of it and was extremely nice.
Drive thru service was horrible today. Couldn’t get their act together. Person taking order was hateful. Drove 20 min home to find zero meat on sandwiches. No one answering phones. When finally someone answers called my husband old and couldn’t refund, only replace but had to be today only. Heard employees arguing in background over whose station was suppose to put meat on sandwiches. Is there no quality check??? Leaving 2 stars as normally decent service.
They obviously prioritize the drive thru over the lobby. The wait in the lobby at 12:45pm was over 15 minutes after ordering.
