Love the ice cream. Been going to this location on Signal Mtn Blvd for years. Staff always nice but lately they seem to be pushy about adding a tip at the drive thru. With large milkshakes already like $9 with tax, I find it rude to feel shamed into tipping each time I order a milkshake at the drive thru. After 3 times of this happening, I've decided to stop going to this location.

Got 3 regular scoops today 1.31.24 but didn'tget the 31% off discount. I told the clerk I had the 31% off in the app. They asked me to pay $9. I asked if that was with the 31% off and they said yes it was. So that means my 3 scoops are $12 without any discount?! That's $4/scoop!!
