We were fortunate to find Oaks and hosted an event in their upstairs venue. Everything was perfect! Excellent customer service before, during and after the event. Beautiful setting, perfect set-up, delicious food and beverages, and constant care. Would highly recommend for anyone in the Chattanooga area!
A++ customer service and amazing coffee!!! Would highly recommend this place to all! The coffee is fresh and great quality every single visit. Customer service is A++! The overnight oats and energy bites are my fav...and the avocado toast! Would highly recommend this place! Cozy, inviting environment as well :)
Everyone there is on board to make your experience as beautiful as possible! They have wonderful managers, excellent and efficient service and knowledgable baristas. We go to oaks like 10-15 times a month it is the most consistent coffee spot you will find, food and all! AMAZING
