“My son and daughter in law and I ate at Hello Monty last night. The atmosphere was very nice and the host was great. Our waitress was outstanding. She took care of us the whole time we were there. “I once had the Tonkotsu Ramen here on vacation and it was so good that it broke me. I spent 3 weeks trying to recreate the flavor/broth with 4 different attempts and it didn't even come close. I dream of the broth. I had a friend move from Washington all the way to Atlanta. He had to pass through Chattanooga. He had been driving for 10 hours at that point of the day, and I was willing to pay him exorbitant amounts to stop and get as much of their tonkotsu ramen broth as physically possible to bring me. I cannot express how much I still think about this Ramen, and that was half a decade ago.“

“soooo good! I'm a traveling musician and it's always hard to find good vegan grub on the road but dang this spot was worth the pit stop for sure! I had the fish sandwich and carrot salad and i got one of evey desert they had just ya know.... for the road 😏. 10/10 ...that brownie set a whole new bar. “Absolutely excellent! My husband and I are foodies, but also really cherish a great experience, and you get both here. Our server, Lucas, was excellent. I have a dairy allergy as well, and the manager gave me the ingredient book so that I could easily look to see what I could and couldn’t eat. I could eat mostly everything, thankfully! Absolutely excellent experience, 10/10 would recommend.“

“My loving partner took me here for the first time for our date night, because I love Greek food. This restaurant was amazingly wonderful and delicious! He ordered us the lamb lollipops which were perfectly cooked and topped with homemade pesto were incredible and accompanied with house made tzatziki sauce. I had the Greek combo plate, Pastitsio, moussaka, gyro meat & stuffed grape leaves and everything was delicious. The restaurants matriarch came to our table and asked us how everything was, which was such a treat. We took dessert home, I chose the Baklava and he chose the turtle cheesecake. They both were so delicious, I grew up eating my mother’s Baklava and this rivaled it and he said the cheesecake was better than Cheesecake Factory’s, I agreed! If you’re looking for amazing Greek food this is the place! Don’t forget dessert, their bakery style dessert display at the front is something to behold!“

“My fiancé and I had dinner there last night and had the best experience. Ezra was our server and took great care of us. We started with the fried green tomatoes with pimento cheese and the award winning wings. They were some of the best wings we have ever had. Perfectly seasoned and double fried. My fiancé had the 1885 Burger and I chose the lightly battered and fried flounder with a side of mac and cheese. His burger looked and tasted amazing. It was a big and juicy burger cooked a perfect medium temp. My flounder we absolutely delicious. So light and fresh. The Mac and cheese was real Mac and cheese. Very creamy and baked with bread crumbs on top. We also really enjoyed cocktails and agree we would give the 1885 grill 5 Stars!“

“HIDDEN GEM!! I love this place so much! It was our first time here ever. How did I not know about this place?!
It is so sweet and charming with great locally roasted coffee (they get from an actively serving military member from Chattanooga - currently deployed). Yummy cookie dough by the slice with keto, vegan, and gluten free options. They also have ice cream and bottled drinks.

We got almond milk lattes and macchiatos, with sugar free syrup. They were very good.
The business is woman owned and everyone we met that works here is super nice.
They are all about community. I love the trinket treasure chest and community bookshelf. There are also local artist stickers and crochet animals for sale. We hung out on a comfy couch and enjoyed books from their shelf while munching our keto cookie dough.
Right across the street from the aquarium, it is conveniently located.
