This evening, I was treated in a disrespectful manner by the General Manager after I asked to replace a salad that I took a bite of because something didn’t taste right. I was accused of going home, eating half the food, then driving back to switch it out for a new salad. I had purchased other items with no issue it was literally just the salad. For years my family are at zaxbys at least twice a week. I used to look forward to that TLC chicken sandwich. It was THE BEST chicken sandwich of all chicken sandwiches. I would happily pass Chik-fil-A and drive out of my way to go to Zaxbys for that sandwich. Then you'll took it off the menu. Not acceptable. Biggest disappointment of 2020, losing that sandwich. I'm gonna need you'll to do better. I want my sandwich back.
