My husband and I order delivery from this store ALL THE TIME (We also tip the driver every time.)...However, today's experience was completely unnecessary and uncalled for.
Long story short, the driver ended up throwing the bag of food and drink at my husband. The manager didn't offer to rectify the situation immediately and corporate has been contacted.

Your delivery service is useless. Great sandwiches but your advertisement of fast delivery is a farce. Hell, your cut off point I could walk to get the food. And you had delivered once already and tipped the driver 50% of my order!!!
