McDonald's in Clarksville

“This is one of the better ones that I enjoy having a snack from. The fries are usually hot, the sandwich isn't just thrown together and I tend to have a good interaction with the employees while ordering. Sometimes offering suggestions for iced coffee addicts.

Plus, this one tends to stay open later than most of them in town.“

“Nova helped us and she was absolutely wonderful. Very nice. Very friendly. Very sweet. I was having a issue with the kiosk and she stopped what she was doing to take care of us! She definitely went above and beyond! I highly recommend her when coming to mcdonalds. You can't get no better than nova! Thank you nova and all the mcdonalds staff they wete all sweet and the food was fresh and amazing!“

“Team - great, employess, very pleasant and nice, but I had ordered a mini oreo mcflurry to-go about 40 minutes ago. Not even 10 minutes after mixing the oreos with the ice cream and eating it, I found hair in the mcflurry. I was so grossed out I threw out whatever I had left. The fries I ordered were perfect though. So overall 4/5. But next time please get some hair nets for your beards or something 🤢. This is the second mcdonalds I went to where there was hair in the food. I normally go to this one- I trust that the food is good here, but the other one is a mcdonalds I never usually drive by. Im just disappointed.“

“Service has gotten a lot better. You don't have to wait 10 minutes at the speaker when you pull up in the Drive-Thru before they greet you. On top of it, way to go McDonald's with the $5 meal deal. Honestly, I think $5 mail should be mandatory at every fast food and restaurant facility. Just for the fact that there's people out there that can't afford $10 $15 for a meal. Matter of fact it seems to be cheaper to go out to eat than it is to eat at home nowadays“

“I ordered 3 hotcakes with bacon and a hot chocolate with caramel. First, they forgot to give me one of the 3 hotcakes that I ordered. Second, the hot chocolate is white… it tastes like warm milk without any chocolate or caramel. This isn’t the first time this has happened at McDonald’s (not just at this location).

The staff were polite when I had to go back to pick up the missing item. I didn’t notice the hot chocolate issue until after and didn’t want to bother going back again.“

“Not sure how this McDonalds is so low rated when in my opinion is the best one in Clarksville! Every time I come here the fries are always hot and fresh(which is what I look for). I’ve never had a bad experience here☺️

“Amazing service the food was actually good today. Well made and put together. The value of price... Still way expensive for fast food, but over all ok for the 2024 era. Tosha was excellent with service and was so friendly and polite. I had to wait a while as they are training new people but she made it up with her wonderfulness. Thank you Tosha for going above and beyond.

“Absolutely love it here. They have Absolutely amazing food and everything comes out tasting great! I like that the place is just a little bit dim to give it nice atmosphere.
The staff are always super friendly and professional and I highly recommend coming here for any meal for any occasion.“
