“Food and service are great. Atmosphere is nothing to brag about. It safe and friendly but still just McDonald's.

Parking: I've never had a problem parking here

Kid-friendliness: Options on the menu for kids, it's a safe location,. if you dine in there are tables that are easily accessible for parents and kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking, handicap accessible entrance and rest rooms. There are tables for wheelchairs. The staff is helpful and friendly too.“

“I wish every McDonalds back home in Australia was like this one. They fully dripped out the restaurant with fall decorations which was so cute and the staff were so friendly and welcoming! Not to mention the lovely worker Livinia who has such a bubbly personality and put a smile on all of our faces! Will 100% return next time I’m in Tennessee!“

“Truly love going to this McDonald's! I've been stopping here for 3 years now. Once a month after a doctor appointment I have. They are always super nice, fast in the drive-thru, the lobby is always clean, & the bathrooms are always amazing! I have been to ALOT of McDonald's this one by far has been my favorite one. Atmosphere is very kid friendly.

Normally when I eat here I get the $5 meal deal that comes with a Mcdouble or McChicken with a small fry, + 4 peice nuggets, + a small SOFT drink. They will not substitute for sweet tea on this meal at this McDonald's for some reason. The others I've went to will let you get sweet tea as your small drink. I also get the Big Mac meal! Two of my favorite meals to get here.

Good place to take your family as well.

“We go here probably every few weeks for breakfast and we’ve always had great service with the morning shift. I dislike how you have to use a kiosk but since we order our food a custom way that can’t be done on the kiosks, they always let us order at the front desk anyways. Only gave 4/5 stars because we tried to call the store about an Uber Eats order using their listed number and they only have the option for you to talk to the actual McDonald’s customer service team (and only leave a message at that, not talk to a real person), rather than talk to the workers at the individual store. Food is always hot, correct, and yummy so otherwise great! :-)“

“So I got the new steak egg and cheese McGriddle meal . The sandwich was good the hash brown was okay a little greasy but I did want a chocolate shake because I was being a big back ? but they couldn’t make the shake so I got a orange juice . Overall the meal was good.“

“I ordered 3 hotcakes with bacon and a hot chocolate with caramel. First, they forgot to give me one of the 3 hotcakes that I ordered. Second, the hot chocolate is white… it tastes like warm milk without any chocolate or caramel. This isn’t the first time this has happened at McDonald’s (not just at this location).

The staff were polite when I had to go back to pick up the missing item. I didn’t notice the hot chocolate issue until after and didn’t want to bother going back again.“

“Tosha is amazing. Thank you for all you do. Great communication and upmost friendliest manager. The team is new and she is handling like a champion. The other Manager on staff was not doing anything... Just walking around while all the customers were waiting for long wait times because of training. Tosha rocked it. Took care of each and every one of us customers and the other Manager needs to go home for good or get to front line and cook or train or something.“

“Amazing service the food was actually good today. Well made and put together. The value of price... Still way expensive for fast food, but over all ok for the 2024 era. Tosha was excellent with service and was so friendly and polite. I had to wait a while as they are training new people but she made it up with her wonderfulness. Thank you Tosha for going above and beyond.
