I wanted to take a moment to compliment Miss Patti at the Madison Street location in Clarksville this morning (Store #36636-0).
She truly made our day.
From the moment we walked in, she was warm, kind, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. You could tell she cared about the customers and brought a positive energy that really stood out. In a world where people are often rushed or stressed, her attitude honestly made a difference and brightened our morning.

Ordered a salad and it barely had any meat or any lettuce for that matter!!! The salad had less than if it would have been on a sandwich!!! This is terrible….subways has truly went down hill!! Super disappointing! Barely half way in a bowl!!

Bread stale, meat not covered, veggies old and brown, bread not enclosed
… flies in the area. Disgusting, I had to throw it away! Take your money elsewhere.
