I ordered the Frisco breakfast sandwich an it came on regular bread an not the round bread an it was so dry I couldn't eat it..I don't know if they ran out of the round bread or what but it just didn't taste right..I would have expected more out of that Hardee's because it stays so busy..I think the girl should have told us that they were out of the round bread an she didn't ..let's just say I'll never stop there again..I hope everyone else has better luck
Got to the restaurant at 9:02. Business hours state that they are open until 10. Sat at the drive thru speaker for about 5 mins before they decided to start turning off all the lights to the menu and restaurant and tell me they were closed, even though the sign says 10 and the google info says 10. Highly irritated.

terrible customer service. the lady at the drive thru was so nice. the younger lady yelled at her like she was a dog. there was no one waiting. so dont k ow why the young lady yelled at her.. then I saw the young lady push trash down with bare hands and then fixed my fries. I didnt eat them. I got no receipt and she practically threw my bag at me and said have nice day.
