Very nice to the general public, unless they are homeless. Hypocritical attitudes and drama ensues towards the less fortunate. Very cliquey staff. If you are not homless and like good coffee, it's decent. If you think the place is a spiritual haven because it's associated with the Salvation Army, think again.
Wow! This place is amazing! I had one of their Specialty Coffees! Black Tie Affair! Delicious! And the Service is So Personal and Friendly. The building is beautifully done and the Dining Room is very inviting. Lovely Place to Hang out for a meeting, grab brunch or get some studying done! Kudos to the Salvation Army for this Lovely Downtown Cleveland Business.thanks Again Cheryl!
