“The only problem we had was there were some employees that were simply being rude to the manager. He was truly trying to be nice to them but they were doing nothing he asked of them. They were sitting at a table, I think rolling silver wear talking about life. While the manager and one other person were doing everything else including answering phone. I felt like he was the one deserving of the tip and A NEW CREW!“
“I generally visit this Pizza Hut a few times every month. The store seems to be understaffed. They seem to be working under stress, trying to get orders out and trying to accommodate customers. Nonetheless, they are always very polite and very professional. They always put out a good product. And the area for the customers is clean and has very nice decorations...
On one of my recent visits, one of the customers was being way less than polite, but the manager was being super professional about it. It seems that the issue relates to the fact that the man called in and ordered, but the number does not go to the store, instead it goes to some type of central call location. 'The store did not receive the order. It may be helpful to addressed the communication issues that may be involved- nonetheless, the customer was way out of line.“
“We ordered the lunchtime pizza buffet, and it was pretty decent. We were even able to request a few type of pizzas for the buffet. I was a slower time when we went, not many people. My biggest complaint is the televisions were distracting my child from eating, I probably could have asked the waitress to turn off the on facing our booth. Our drinks were kept fresh and we were checked on regularly, without becoming too intrusive.“
