I was really becoming disillusioned with Sonic as too many of my Oreo Blast orders (that is mostly what I get) were short on Oreo or other add ins and one of my recent visits the cup was 3/4 full. This Sonic was definitely On It!“

Place an online order for delivery Friday and had some confusion and got delayed called and spoke with someone.Got it taken care. The app showed issues the next day so I stopped in at the store and cici( I believe that was her name) Was a wonderful help. She got my order right away for me. So helpful and kind. Spoke with some of the other employees and they all seemed so nice and optimistic. Adding another photo“

“Another recent visit on a rainy chilly January day. Dogs and hamburgers are still classic winners. Good spice on the fries. Usual friendly quick cooked to order service. You can't go wrong taking the kids here.

We stopped by for hard serve icecream on waffle cones. The place was packed with so much recent notoriety from their famous decked out hotdogs but the desert line was seperate so we were served immediately. It's no Brusters, but the store bought quality of icecream was good and the price per cone easier on the pocket book then were it made in store. We will be repeat visitors.“

“I wanted a banana split last week and decided to try this Baskin Robbins.Let me tell y’all I was not disappointed.A young gentleman waited on me and when he handed it to me I was shocked at how huge it was.The price was super reasonable and the quality was on point.I love seeing young people with such great customer service skills.“

“Our first time & we were happy with it! The only thing I’ll say is… We about didn’t even go. Everywhere you look there’s mixed information about them being in business versus closed permanently. My Apple Maps & Yelp both said permanently closed. A quick google said open with hours being updated 2 months ago. Almost everything else pointed to them being out of business… The FB page doesn’t have any recent activity. There’s no reviews from this year. It’s easy to assume that maybe they closed their doors for good sometime between last summer to fall. Just saying, because I’m sure we can’t be the only ones that have (almost) skipped out on this place due to the above. Glad we didn’t! The outdoor setting in Jackson Square is cute & the kid loved the pigsss… getting ice cream is always a fun little activity. I’m sure we’ll return. Onlookers… THEY ARE OPEN! ♥️“

“This Baskin-Robbins in Oak Ridge is absolutely fantastic! It’s right in front of the Walmart over there. I had a pistachio ice cream, and it’s one of my all-time favorites. The team at this location is doing an amazing job under the new management. Highly recommend it!“

“They have a great food, but if you were trying to get a hold of them through the phone at their restaurant, they good luck. I have tried for over an hour and no one has answered. I need to tell them I want marinara with my cheese curds.Lol“

“Excellent service. The manager on duty (Keagan) was taking orders at the window and has fantastic customer service skills. Blizzards were made by Leif (we got two) and they were superb! We were worried when making special request changes to our order but they followed what we asked for 100%. Will surely be back!“
