omg....the manager Tom took my order. His voice was very inviting and energetic. #WeNeedMoreLikeHim. The employee that my payment said they really love him. I live in Olive Branch but service like that will make me drive to Collierville. Very excellent customer service at this restaurant. 😊😊
Food was cooked right, fresh fries, and service was very good this trip. Server was friendly and thanked me for coming in. That is a change from my last visit. I appreciate the much better customer service and feeling like they actually care about their job. Much better experience. Thanks
Food was good. Service is on the slower side, so dont be in a hurry, but besides slow, they are usually nice.
