The service is good, the workers are very nice. The place is always pleasant to go to. But I went to spring hill's McAlister's and it was amazing. They fill the sandwich to cover the whole bread and they load up on the salads. This one in Columbia can be pretty stingy on the fillings where parts of the bread does not even have filling. Very slow. It took 20+ minutes to get 2 sandwiches, and they were not busy. Looked like plenty of staff. Not much chicken salad in the sandwich. But broccoli cheddar soup very good.Parking: Could be tight at lunch

Love the food but the service is lacking. I went there because of the cheesecake...this is the 4th time I have tried to get CHEESECAKE. This time the girl said, after I asked if they still sold it- "yea, but there is none up here right now" which means there is probably some in the freezer in the back but she didn't bother to check. I give up.
