“First, GO! And keep going! Often a burger doesn't look like the scrumptious photo. This one did and it was excellent. Patties exceeding the bounds of the fresh, buttery bun with crispness on all the edges. I would go as far as to say it's the best burger within miles. The pork rinds are divine and, if it's something you like, you can't get them in a lot of places. . Someone sitting near us said they really enjoyed the pork tenderloin. *Service was excellent to the point I asked if he owned the restaurant. Such a nice guy. *Not a full service restaurant. What a treat.“

“Although the staff was so welcoming and sweet, their idea of “smoked” chicken is nothing like I thought it would be. When I see smoked, my understanding is that it was in a smoker at some point, and pulled from the bone. It tasted like a Walmart Rotisserie chicken pulled from the bone. Not at all what I expected.“

The texture was perfectly smooth and creamy, and the flavor was just the right amount of sweetness—light, refreshing, and not too heavy. It had that classic vanilla taste that reminds me of the best kind of soft serve, and the cone itself added a nice crunchy contrast.

“We used to be 'RT regulars', but something changed a couple years ago . . . service went downhill. 3 separate times in 2023 we went there, walked in, no hostess to greet us, and waited at least 5 minutes. Each time the place was empty . . . vacant tables everywhere. We'd make eye contact with a server or bartender, but still no acknowledgement that we were there. Each time, after no one bothered to acknowledge us and seat us, we left. We saw other customers do the same. It was bizarre!
After 2 years of becoming 'Applebee's regulars', we decided last night to give RT one more chance. What a pleasant surprise! We were greeted and seated quickly, our sever (Jordyn) was fantastic, and the food was as good as we remembered it from years ago. The restaurant was fairly empty . . . perhaps a lot of former customers had the same bad experiences we had, and haven't come back. Based on our experience last night, I would say definitely give them another shot. We will definitely return.
(Why not 5 stars? There was no draft beer available. My chair was wobbly to the point I thought it might collapse. And the neon sign outside had several letters burned out . . . not a good message to potential customers driving by and looking for a place to eat. )“

“Had a really pleasant experience at McAlister’s Deli as I came in to sit and work on some things on my laptop. The female cashier in the morning was super friendly and made ordering easy. Later, a male manager/worker came by to check on me and even refilled my drink, which was such a nice touch. I love that this location is encouraging and cultivating a team of amazing workers who are attentive and caring toward their customers. Their kindness really made my visit a great one! “Zaxby's is almost always delicious, but it's the little things that lowered my ratings. In respect to food forgetting to give cups, and not making shakes timely, Service is absolutely dependent on staffing - most are great but there's always those who treat you like THEY need a new job. The atmosphere is fine but tables meet to be wiped down better. These things don't deter me from future visits, just ways you can improve the customer experience.“
