“Foxy's Flats & Fare is located in the Fox Road Marina. There previously had been a restaurant and bar there which I believe had closed the prior year. If you are looking for a mega bar and restaurant like some of the others in the area, then this is not your place. If you are looking for a smaller place with good food that is off the beaten path than this is for you. It is family owned and the day we were there both owners were there working. They offer a limited menu but it does offer variety. The turkey and avocado sandwich, and the burger that we had were both good an reasonably priced. We were there on a saturday and they told us that they had a band that would start playing at 7 pm. All-in-all it was worth the trip.”

“First time trying out Paleo‘s pizza. Simply have to give it five stars all around! The pizza is as good as I remember New York pizza being the chicken Parm sub, had a thick juicy piece of chicken with real mozzarella cheese, melted on it… Superb! And the garlic knots are both garlicky and knotty. Do yourself a favor and get your butt over to this place! No way to be disappointed as far as I can tell.”

I made it in right before they switched to lunch at 1030, and I ordered the Meat Lovers bowl with a side of biscuits and gravy.Watched the cook make my breakfast, she was very quick and put together everything effortlessly. The fried potatoes were crispy, the various meat was amazing, the cheese on top had a melty pull to it. Eat the massive bowl in minutes, and then devoured the biscuits and gravy. No complaints there either, very good.There's a reason the parking lot is full anytime of day, it's simply one of the last great diners in the area. Before I left they were smashing patties on the griddle for lunch and it smelled amazing, I can't wait to come back and try lunch!Parking: A few dozen spots and they keep it moving, full midday before lunch rush.Wheelchair accessibility: Depending if you can park up front, just a small curb and no steps into the doorway. No steps inside.”

Wonder why we never noticed it before but better late than never right hahahaha.Anyway it was so wonderful having such good food and such a lovely waitress as well named Mel. She reminds me of my daughter-in-law Tina before Tina made my son hate me for no reason hahaha.Mel is such a pleasant lady and a joy to talk with. She brought Henry and I's food out without it taking a long time at all, and then all of the food was wonderful as well. You guys gotta try the cheese curds there :D Henry couldn't eat them because he's lactose intolerant but that just means more cheese for Betty please haha that's something we always say at my home. But anyway, wonderful staff, wonderful food, great time. I will definitely be bringing my family here next time i talk to them.”

One of the nicest people in Knoxville, making some incredibly tasty Mediterranean food, King Gyros os doing it right. The food is well worth the visit.The gyro platter is a most generous portion of rice, gyro meat, and veggies. Ask him for his recommended sauce combination.Vegetarian options: It’s Mediterranean food. Falafel, hummus, stuffed grape leaves, rice pilaf, baklava.”

“Yassin's has us hooked! Discovered through Uber Eats, the plant-based shawarma bowl is so good – vegan protein with rice, tahini, and hummus. It's filling, and doesn't leave us feeling guilty, possibly due to their use of peanut oil. Consistently great quality food.”

“We went to Van Edoms for happy hour and sat outside. Our server, Casey, was excellent. She was attentive and had a great personality. The owner came out to chat with us as well.As for the food, we had the most amazing stuffed mushrooms that were stuffed with goat cheese, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes. That was followed by an order of crispy calamari served with a wonderful garlic aïoli. Since it was happy hour, the 6 oz. wines were half off and the wine list was excellent.We'll be going back frequently.”

“This restaurant is incredible! The food, drinks, and service are all just want you want a fine restaurant to be. High quality wine and beer selection, like they hand picked the best for their patrons. My husband and I were so impressed from the moment we walked in. The manager came and sat with us for a bit and made us feel so welcome. We both had salads with steak added. My husband loved the steak on his salad so much that he ordered a full steak entree. The banana pudding is to die for. We can’t wait to come back and try more menu items and may consider their points club as well!”

She told me it was the Ferrero Roche. I ordered it. Let me tell you, I'm not exaggerating when I say it's the closest thing I've come to the sublime. One of the best things I've ever eaten. “Cuban food that's every bit as good as you'd find in Florida if not better. I've tried probably 3/4 of the menu now, and I've yet to find anything that wasn't superb. Still, the Cuban sandwich is my personal favorite. Nothing beats it, especially when the bread is fresh made in-house. The prices are insanely good too, for both the quantity and quality that you get. Easily my new favorite place to eat in town.Parking: Parking is around back. Plenty of space.”
