“Dinner, 2 adults: Chicken Pot Pie, Tilapia & Shrimp 'blackened seasoning' over rice w/ alfredo sauce. Both fresh, delicious!! Typically order comfort food, no mistake on seafood here. Croissants, hot w/ butter, nice change from common breads. Dessert: Chocolate chip cookie w/ ice cream, fudge sauce-- missed the mark if you've ever had 'baked cookies' elsewhere. Server Gina, 'Way beyond good!!-- so thorough, friendly, fun. Plan to return.“

“We go to Logan’s in Cookeville at least once if not twice a week. It is the only sit down restaurant that we can consistently go to & get the best service, best drinks (huge shoutout to Dylan the best bartender, always) & a excellent atmosphere before you get your delicious food that’s always prepared correctly & tastes delicious. Tonight was no exception, another wonderful Thursday date night. Thanks to the entire staff in the bar, essential our server who appeared to be waiting on a lot of tables but was a pro & every customer looked very happy. It was a great dinner, see you this weekend too I am sure💯💯💯“

“I stopped in for lunch on the way home from a hard rock festival on Aug. 27. The bartender was very welcoming & kind, answering all 5280 of my questions about the town. (I’m thinking of eventual relocation.) Every single one of the patrons were friendly as well; I could tell this was the kind of place that hooks a person on one visit!! The Hot Honey Wings were quite possibly the best I’ve had—in the words of S.Hagar, “hot, sweet, & sticky”….and lunch priced (woo hoo!!) And for dessert….well, whoever thought of peanut butter flavored tequila & rum chata all in one glass deserves the Nobel Peace Prize!! I stayed waaaay longer than I intended—because, well, WORTH IT!! Visit this place immediately, if not sooner!!“

“I got the hamburger steak with mashed potatoes, my wife got the steak quesadilla and potato salad. Amazing food, extremely friendly service and very fair prices. I wish I had made the trip sooner but I'll be a regular now for sure“

“My husband and I ate here last night for the first time and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment we stepped in the door this place and the staff didn't disappoint. Our waitress was wonderful and very attentive. The food was delicious, portions were good, I had the moose and my husband had the nine iron. We also had the pretzel and it was delicious, loved the beer cheese! I also recommend the pumpkin spice martini, it was a nice fall drink. We will definitely go back here soon!“

“It has a menu that takes a bit of getting used to, but the food is worth it! I got the Out West Double Burger tray with fries and hush puppies. The burger was cooked to perfection and the toppings were on point. It kind of reminded me somewhat of a cross between 'prime' BK & 5G. The crinkle fries were standard, but the hush puppies were a bit underwhelming. Overall, a great spot for a quick meal that'll fill you up. Just be prepared to study the menu for a few minutes first!“

“10 out of 10 would recommend! we were greeted by the owner, super personal & professional all in one. went above & beyond right off the bat. he led us to the patio area, amazing ambiance, super chill vibe!! perfect date night spot!! now, the food! everything we tried, was phenomenal. we ordered chips & salsa , broccoli coleslaw, sweet potato nachos and the beef brisket tacos. y'all. every bite was a mouthgasm!! we will 100% be back!!“

“We have been a customer of the Red Lobster in Cookeville for many years. We can't say enough positive things about Ms. Ramona. She is the best. She is incredibly helpful, very professional and always available to answer any questions. We have lived in many places and explored many restaurants and Ms. Ramona is the most hospitable and kind we have ever seen. Our toddler son Neil loves her.“

“I’ve been going to Drake’s in Cookeville off and on for almost a year now, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Tonight was no different, but I’d say it was the best service I’ve ever received there. I had been craving a great-tasting burger, and despite not being too keen on smashed burgers, I decided to try the cheddar burger with tots. The meal was excellent, but the service made it even better. Although the restaurant wasn’t very busy, I asked if it would be possible to have a little fire going, as that’s one of my favorite things about the place. My waitress, Emma, went and got her manager, Brandon, who kindly built a small fire for me. It’s the simple things that make a difference, and I was able to sit and enjoy the fire after finishing my meal. A big thank you to Emma, Brandon, and the cooks for an outstanding visit!“

“My son eats at Bobby Q's every Saturday. I haven't eaten from here since the new owners bought it. My son brought me some food today and I was actually impressed. I ordered the kids catfish because I have stomach issues and cannot eat a lot. I ordered the kids catfish sandwich with hush puppies and fries. My plate was huge. There's enough for me to eat on all day. The catfish was really good and so were the hush puppies. The filets are huge and the hush puppies are huge. I will definitely order from Bobby Q's again.“

“We had a normal date night and decided to stop in. I've always been pleased with the service as well as the food. Tonight was made a bit exceptional out of our previous trips, our waitress Kaylee being the main reason. She was incredibly kind, and she was fantastic from start to finish. As a former server, I couldn't recommend her more. She knew the menu like the back of her hand, was careful about ID when my husband and I ordered alcohol, and she stayed on top of us in a way that was consistent but non intrusive yet also in a way that was inviting conversation if we wanted that. I didn't get to leave my personal review on the machine because it timed out while I was asking her name. So I figured I'd leave it here, because she was truly wonderful. Also, the food was great. I had the old timer, and my husband ordered surf and turf (which I naturally had some of)

“I don't like that. You have to go in and use the computer to put your whole order in and not go to the desk.And like somebody put it in for you. They were really busy, so a lot of tables just needed wiped off people would took their trays and put them where they belonged but the tables just needed to be wiped off very fast service.“

“I had to go here just because of the name and it was local place that I was happy to patronize. The food was pretty good although I have had better sirloin. The au jus sauce was excellent though. The staff was very nice and checked in often. I do recommend visiting this restaurant as I think they had many items on the menu that sounded really good. I do recommend if you are travelling through Cookeville to give this place a try

Parking: Parking is just for customers no student parking as it's close to university.“

“One of our 'go to' spots anytime we are near a location.
Today was no different; lunch at Longhorns.
We entered and were seated immediately.
Dana greeted our table with a smile and introduced herself as our server.
She was prompt, precise, and patient.
Our drinks and warm loaf of brown bread was served almost instantly.
My husband had the half-rack of ribs paired with Parmesan chicken breast.
I chose the 6 oz. Sirloin and grilled rock shrimp.
Everything was cooked as we had specified.
The entire meal was indescribably delicious.
I have no negative thoughts whatsoever with our dining experience today.
A large party was seated in Dana's dining section beside us.
She handled all of her guests with such professionalism and did so in a well organized manner.
Dana made it even more delightful for us.

“We had such a nice dinner for our first time here. My husband got the Ribeye blackened and I got the Prime Rib. We both enjoyed our meal and our steaks were cooked as requested and were delicious. We enjoyed taking advantage of the happy hour specials, I had the house Cabernet and he had a Bloody Mary. Our server's name was Alex and he was very attentive and took good care of us. We live in Lebanon and this was definitely worth the drive. We will be back!“
