Checkers Cookeville offers a fast and friendly dining experience, with a menu that satisfies customers' cravings. The Big Buford and fries are customer favorites, praised for their delicious taste and fresh preparation. While the restaurant occasionally makes minor order mistakes, the staff is quick to resolve any issues, demonstrating their understanding and politeness. The food is consistently hot, fresh, and affordable, with meals costing under $12. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the use of AI technology for order-taking, preferring personal interaction with staff. Additionally, cleanliness and garbage management at the outdoor seating area have been noted as areas for improvement. Overall, Checkers Cookeville provides a satisfactory fast-food experience, with a focus on quality food and friendly service.
