The combination of fresh and simple, quality ingredients make these poke bowls fantastic. The vast number of customizable ingredient options is lovely, and they've made the ordering process easy. We watched the cooks make our food fresh and it was out quickly. The servings sizes are large and even if I make a fool of myself and stuff my stomach full, I dont get sick.I have not had such fresh, happy food in Cookeville before. Let me just say. Me and my girlfriend went here because we have been wanting to try a ramen place. The place is so cute. The flowers on the wall and the little banners make it adorable. Our waitress was nice and welcoming. The price was also not outrageous. The ramen was absolutely delicious. It was amazing! Me and my girlfriend will definitely be coming back

Great food and service, clean, easy to find spot. Kids welcome, changing tables in restroom, poke bowls are great for picky little ones.Vegetarian options: Tofu option for all dishes, veggie spring rolls (not listed on menu), and a vegan miso broth option for ramen
