Is this a 5 star restaurant? Not if you’re trying to compare it to the best of all time. Is it 5 star in this part of town? Without a doubt. This is the best option at TN/GA border. It’s has true 5 star service and fun atmosphere. The food and drinks are always on point. It’s not a hit or miss place and that’s truly comforting. Can’t recommend this enough for the locals and friendly tourists.
Our first dinner at the Waterfront Bar was simply delicious! We arrived early and were greeted warmly at the door, and promptly seated outside on their lovely patio overlooking the Ocoee River.The owner came to our table, welcomed us and suggested a Beaujolais. We took him up on it, and loved it.My wife opted for the evening special: Coq au vin, accompanied by delicious potatoes and green beans. Think we just found our new little tradition! Phenomenal food! We had been hiking earlier in the day and stopped in here. We had the Lasagna which was absolutely balanced between the meat and cheese and topped it off with the Key Lime Pie. All the staff was so very friendly and attentive. We live in Ga but our next hike back to Turtletown Creek Falls, we will be stopping in! We even got a TShirt! Thank you for the wonderful service and food!
